Our support team is available 24/7, and we aim to respond to all quote requests within 48 hours. If you haven't received a reply within that time, please submit your query again, and one of our representatives will reach out to you as soon as possible.

No one outside SAT can see your email address. Your privacy is handled entirely by our representatives, all communication between you and the dealer, including quotes and follow-up questions, goes through SAT's team.

The quote reflects the most current pricing. If you see a discrepancy, please reach out to our representative and we'll confirm the correct details for you

You'll need to log in first to use favorites and browsing history. Once logged in, you can save cars and dealers to your favorites by tapping the heart or favorite icon, and your browsing history will be tracked automatically as you view car listings.

Some dealers offer coupons on their listings, shown as a coupon badge on the car or dealer page. Each coupon has its own validity period and terms, set by the dealer. Mention it to the dealer during your visit or negotiation to redeem it.

After your purchase, you can leave a review for the dealer from your account. SAT verifies that you actually purchased the car and checks your review against our posting guidelines before it goes live. Once verified, your review will be posted.
